Chief Executive Officer
Steve is an experienced investment professional and business entrepreneur with a long career in managing and investing in the environmental sector, having delivered three IPOs and headed up AIM-listed technology businesses. Steve has led Mura in developing global partnerships with KBR, Dow, LG Chem and CPChem to build and operate industrial-scale advanced recycling facilities in both Europe and the US. He has a long career in energy transition and was a pioneer of the renewables sector, being one of the first to develop, build and operate solar assets in the UK. Now through Mura he is pioneering the advanced recycling sector. Steve has a First Class degree and PhD in Geophysics and Planetary Physics.

Chief Financial Officer
Greg is a proven C-suite leader with over 30 years of experience in accelerating business growth and elevating global financial strategy. Greg was most recently Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Corteva Agriscience™, a spinoff of DowDuPont. Prior to that, Greg was Vice President Investor Relations at DuPont and DuPont’s General Auditor and Chief Ethics & Compliance Leader.
Greg earned an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a certified public accountant (inactive).
Chief People Officer
Jo-Anne is an experienced C-suite People leader and chartered HR professional with over 25 years in the profession. She has extensive strategic experience in all aspects of HR, with a particular passion for Organisational Design and Talent Growth. She has worked in both a freelance and permanent capacity, in a variety of different sectors during her career, gaining experience in scaling up start-ups, and Mergers & Acquisitions activity and culture integration; through to advising huge multinational corporates. Key areas of interest are employee wellbeing & mental health, sustainability & reducing environmental impact, and all aspects of business agility.
Chief Technology Officer
Richard has worked extensively in senior management positions globally within operational facilities and EPC project delivery for over 20 years, with experience in design, manufacture and commissioning. He is a Chartered Chemical Engineer and a registered Chartership Mentor and Interviewer for Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE).
In addition, Richard is Managing Director of Mura Wilton, the world’s first commercial-scale Hydro-PRT® facility, where he oversees the full site development and progression and whole-industry development, and sits on the Board of Directors.
Legal Director
Dianna is a legal professional with 20 years’ experience advising energy businesses operating in complex international environments. As a trusted legal advisor, Dianna has implemented strategies across the business life cycle, helping to drive cost savings and minimise legal risks. Having worked in a variety of jurisdictions with differing legal systems, Dianna has practical knowledge of how lawyers support business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance. She understands the intricate interplay between governments, policy, and commercial objectives in sophisticated industrial spaces.
Dianna recently received a PhD in Law from King’s College London; she also holds an LL.B. from Queen’s University (Kingston, Ontario) and a M.A. and B.A. in Political Science (International Relations) from the University of Calgary. She is on the Roll of Solicitors in England & Wales and a Member of the Law Society of Alberta.
Project Director
Steve has over 25 years of extensive international experience, working across the water, power, nuclear and chemical sectors. A Chartered Chemical Engineer, Steve has held management positions in process engineering, commissioning and project management. As Project Director for Mura Technology, Steve is currently focused on commissioning and operation of Mura’s first Hydro-PRT® site in Teesside, Northeast England.
