Steve is an experienced investment professional and business entrepreneur with a long career in managing and investing in the environmental sector, having delivered three IPOs and headed up AIM-listed technology businesses. Steve has led Mura in developing global partnerships with KBR, Dow, LG Chem and CPChem to build and operate industrial-scale advanced recycling facilities in both Europe and the US. He has a long career in energy transition and was a pioneer of the renewables sector, being one of the first to develop, build and operate solar assets in the UK. Now through Mura he is pioneering the advanced recycling sector. Steve has a First Class degree and PhD in Geophysics and Planetary Physics.

Richard has worked extensively in senior management positions globally within operational facilities and EPC project delivery for over 20 years, with experience in design, manufacture and commissioning. He is a Chartered Chemical Engineer and a registered Chartership Mentor and Interviewer for Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE).
In addition, Richard is Managing Director of ReNew ELP, the world’s first commercial-scale Cat-HTR™ site, where he overseas the full site development and progression and whole-industry development, and sits on the Board of Directors.

Greg is a proven C-suite leader with over 30 years of experience in accelerating business growth and elevating global financial strategy. Greg was most recently Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Corteva Agriscience™, a spinoff of DowDuPont. Prior to that, Greg was Vice President Investor Relations at DuPont and DuPont’s General Auditor and Chief Ethics & Compliance Leader.
Greg earned an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a certified public accountant (inactive).

Oliver has over 25 years’ experience in the investment banking industry having worked at Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and AIG Financial Products, structuring investments both on the buy and sell side. His expertise includes securitisation, commodities and insurance-linked investments.
In the last decade he has focused on cross border structured finance and securitisation for infrastructure, transport and real estate transactions. Oliver holds a BA from Bucknell University and an MA with distinction from the Georgetown School of Foreign Service.
As Chief Commercial Officer at Mura, Oliver identifies opportunities for collaboration and drives partnerships with global companies, being key to Mura partnering with Dow, LG Chem and CPChem.

Geoff is a sustainability professional, leading on science, policy and regulation. He chairs the UK Plastics Pact Non- Mechanical Recycling group and was recently appointed to the UKPP Advisory Group.
Geoff gained extensive experience in waste strategy, policy and regulation working for UK regulator Environment Agency. He was Technical Director for Plastic Oceans UK, advising on the film ‘A Plastic Ocean’.

Kim has over 25 years’ experience in global property development, with leadership roles in operations, stakeholder management, construction, finance and legal for some of the world’s biggest developers. She was an equity partner of Australia’s pre-eminent law-firm, Mallesons Stephen Jaques.
Most recently, Kim has been working with Lendlease on its joint venture Malaysian RM10b development ‘The Exchange, TRX’ in Kuala Lumpur, and helped guide the delivery of its $6 billion Australian ‘Barangaroo’ project in Sydney, Australia.

Jo-Anne is an experienced C-suite People leader and chartered HR professional with over 25 years in the profession. She has extensive strategic experience in all aspects of HR, with a particular passion for Organisational Design and Talent Growth. She has worked in both a freelance and permanent capacity, in a variety of different sectors during her career, gaining experience in scaling up start-ups, and Mergers & Acquisitions activity and culture integration; through to advising huge multinational corporates. Key areas of interest are employee wellbeing & mental health, sustainability & reducing environmental impact, and all aspects of business agility.
— Global Head of Plastics Processing
Enrico has 20 plus years’ experience in the plastic recycling industry, with an emphasis and expertise in mixed post-consumer and post-industrial plastic processing. He is a Mechanical Engineer and has been responsible for the design and construction of numerous large-scale plastic processing facilities in North America. Enrico served on the Technical Advisor Board of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, was a long-standing member of the Association of Plastics Recyclers and the of the Missouri Recycling Association. Most recently, the Director of Product and Market Development at Stadler Anlagenbau GmbH, and the former President of QRS / Re-Poly and Recycling Solutions. Being fluent in German has helped Enrico develop and maintain deeply rooted relationships with leading edge recycling equipment vendors in Germany and other parts of the world. Enrico is passionate about the environment and helping develop circular solutions around the positive attribute trapped inside end-of-life plastics.
