Mura are establishing a global presence using the innovative HydroPRS™ advanced recycling process. Our business model includes both Mura’s own-build sites in the UK, USA and Europe, and licence opportunities via our Licensing and Engineering Partner, KBR.
Mura’s first HydroPRS™ site is under development in Teesside, England. Commercial operations on this first 20,000 tonne per annum recycling will commence in late 2023, with site plans to expand to 80,000 tonnes of waste plastic recycling capacity.
Mura Technology are scaling quickly, including a pipeline of own-developed sites in the UK, Europe and the USA, and HydroPRS™ licence sales through our partner, KBR.

ReNew ELP is Mura’s first HydroPRS™ recycling line and is under construction in Teesside, North East England. Beginning commercial operation in late 2023, this first line will process 20,000 tonnes per year of post-consumer, mixed waste plastic including flexible films, pots, tubs and trays, with plans to expand the site to an 80,000 tonne annual capacity.
