ReNew ELP is Mura’s first HydroPRS™ recycling line and is under construction in Teesside, North East England. Beginning commercial operation in 2024, this first line will place 20,000 tonnes of recycled, liquid hydrocarbons onto the market annually. Target feedstock is post-consumer, mixed plastic waste, including flexible films, pots, tubs and trays, with plans to expand the site to over three times this initial size.
Mura Technology are on the path to becoming a world-leader in producing recycled hydrocarbons from waste plastic, creating a viable pathway to Net Zero, diverting plastic pollution away from the environment and recognising the value of waste plastic as a resource as part of a circular economy.
